The MSDA is your team’s chance to take an honest look at themselves, their working environment, their practices and processes, and their software. We assess your team across six dimensions that are fundamental to high-performing software teams. It is important to acknowledge that this isn’t a maturity model.

The intent of maturity models is usually benign… because “maturity” sounds a bit… well…patronizing. Plus, most of our models don’t involve progressing through different levels, and the primary audience is the team itself rather than management.

This is run as a workshop - it is a starting point to help us identify strengths to exploit as well as challenge areas for you to grow. We’re able to identify roles that might need more support or encouragement.
